Steps to take to resolve your problem:

1. Look through our FAQ's section to see if there's an explanation/solution. These are added to frequently, so even if you've had the problem before and not found the answer - please try again.
2. If you can't find the answer, contact your Diocese Support Representative, with any questions or problems you have. They will either answer your question, or escalate it with the technical support team. They will advise you about what is happening.

For Diocese Support Representatives, the technical support team provides a support ticket system.

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
